- 1/2 peach, drained
- 50 g Raspberries
- 2 tablespoons millet flakes
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal
- 100 g natural yoghurt (3,5 % fat)
- 2-3 tablespoons milk (3,5 % fat)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds

Directions
Slice one peach half into fine wedges. Mix the peach slices, the raspberries and the muesli flakes in a small bowl. Thoroughly stir the yogurt, milk and honey together. Pour the blend over the fruit and muesli. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
