In order to fit learning into the professional lives of our clinic teams, we offer a wide range of education areas and apply different training methods in a blended learning model such as on the job teaching, onsite and virtual classroom trainings, e-learnings, mentorship, job aids and gamification.

NephroCare Academy has been established to support nurses, dialysis assistants, clinic managers and non-clinical staff with a wide range of learning modalities and topics, enabling them to offer the highest quality of care throughout their employment.

Medical Education as an important tool for optimizing patient care
In addition, it is NephroCare`s understanding that a continuing education and training programme, which is set-up according to international treatment guidelines and the high NephroCare treatment standards, will help to further improve medical performance at the clinics. In the end this will lead to a further improved patient care which is NephroCare`s central ambition.

NephroCare offers accredited physicians` training
“Blood Pressure (BP) Management in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)” is the title of the first educational course receiving accreditation from the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education Institution (EACCME) of the UEMS (European Union of Medical Specialists) in Brussels. The completion of all modules of the e-learning course will allow NephroCare physicians to collect 7 Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits.
