Wellbeing Support Service launched for Fresenius Medical Care UK & Ireland patients

We’re pleased to announce that, as of January 2022, we will be launching the Fresenius Medical Care Wellbeing Support Service provided by BHSF, for patients.

After much success with our employees, we wanted to ensure that patients had access to the holistic help they need whilst embarking on their treatment and that their mental wellbeing is being catered to, in addition to their physical needs. BHSF offers 24/7 access to personalised, on-demand advice and support from a specialised team of mental health, financial, legal experts and much more.

 

This free of charge service supports those who contact the dedicated helpline to receive independent and tailored advice, empowering them to make the right choices at the right time for them.

 

Services available to patients include a counselling and advice line, health and wellbeing advice, critical incident advice and telephone support, personal legal information and signposting, personal financial information, access to a range of self-help resources, free access to MyMindPal, and access to confidential expert carer support and advice.

 

Whatever support you require, BHSF is there to be a listening ear and a helping hand.  At Fresenius Medical Care UK & Ireland we’re committed to delivering the best possible quality of patient care, including mental health and wellbeing. BHSF supports us to offer this 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
